2 Payments

  • All payments are due upfront before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Hosting and maintenance plans are billed automatically every month at $75 USD (or the current listed rate).

3 Refund Policy

All payments made to LaunchProSites are non-refundable.

Once a payment is processed — whether for website design, setup, or monthly hosting — no refunds will be issued, even if you decide to stop using the service.

We dedicate time, resources, and planning to each project from the moment it begins; therefore, refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances.

4 Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your hosting or maintenance plan at any time by emailing us at [email protected].
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
  • If you cancel your hosting plan, your website files and data will remain available for 7 days after cancellation so you can download or migrate them to another provider.

5 Project Timelines

We aim to complete all website projects promptly. However, completion timelines may vary based on client responsiveness, content delivery, and requested revisions.

6 Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, and assets created by LaunchProSites remain our property until full payment has been received.
  • After full payment, ownership of the final website files and content transfers to you.
  • We reserve the right to showcase your completed website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7 Hosting & Maintenance

If you subscribe to our hosting service:

  • We provide secure, managed hosting and regular maintenance.
  • We are not liable for temporary downtime due to updates, maintenance, or external issues beyond our control.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your website content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall LaunchProSites be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the service in question.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
